Nicholas Stratford - Solicitor
Nick established Stratford Solicitors Ltd in 2006. Prior to this he
worked for a
number of years in a large Manchester city centre
practise. Nick is a registered
Trust and Estate Practitioner, has extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious laws,
and is a recognised expert in both fields.
Jennifer Clark - Solicitor
Jennifer is a property law consultant with over 30 years experience, latterly in private practice as Head of Department in the Manchester office of a national commercial firm. Jennifer specialises in complex commercial property work for owner-managed businesses, landlord and tenant matters, site assembly and large scale property portfolios, acquisitions and disposals, property due diligence and property refinancing.
Michelle Bertenshaw - Probate Manager
Michelle joined the team in January 2010 having spent over 20 years working for the trust & estate department
of a major bank and then
went into private practice in 2005 where she has worked for two
leading law firms in Manchester.
Michelle has a wide knowledge of all matters relating to wills, probate, administration of estates and trusts and charitable trusts. Michelle is a committee member of the Manchester branch of the society of Trust & Estate Practioners (STEP).
Lauren Sumner
Lauren began with Stratford Solicitors Ltd in 2006 having
completed a Criminology degree to pursue her interest in law.
She has
particular interest in Wills, Probate and matrimonial disputes.
